Volunteer at VETS26!

Volunteers play a vital role in the success of the VETS Conference. From supporting registration, conference flow, and attendee experience, VETS26 volunteers help foster a welcoming environment for our community. Volunteering is a great way to build connections and gain insight into one of the nation's leading veteran small business conferences.

How it works:

  • Share your interest in volunteering at the VETS26 Conference by completing this interest form.
  • We will reach out to you closer to the conference with additional details.

Sample Roles

  • Bag stuffing
  • Registration and badge pickup support

Time Commitment

  • Volunteer shifts are 1-2 Hours
  • Morning, afternoon, and evening opportunities are available

Expectations of Volunteers:

  • Please remember, opportunities are limited. By signing up for a timeslot, you are committed to fulfilling that role.
  • Follow the Health & Safety guidelines at the time of the event.
  • As a volunteer, you are the face of NVSBC at the event and will be punctual, review all information in advance, and approach the opportunity with enthusiasm!
  • You understand that most volunteer tasks at NVSBC will require long periods of standing.
  • If you are unable to volunteer, you will inform NVSBC as soon as you are aware.
  • Please note that there is no registration discount offered in exchange for volunteer support.
