Breakout session proposals for the 2026 VETS26 Conference will be accepted now through the February 27, 2026 deadline.

It is important that presentation submissions take into account the current state of the market. Presentations submitted from previous years with little to no discussion of changes in the market may not be rated highly by the program committee.
- Read the Speaker Resource Book prior to drafting and submitting your presentation proposals.
- Use the Submission Form to gather your information before submitting your final proposal.
- The presentation author will need to accept the Speaker Agreement at time of submission.
