Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted through COB (5:00 pm EDT) on April 20, 2026, and must be received in writing to vets@nvsbc.org. Registration fees will be refunded in full minus a handling and processing charge of $100.00 for individual registration. If you are a government employee or your registration fee is $0.00, you will not be charged a cancellation fee if you cancel. NVSBC regrets that refunds cannot be issued after April 20, 2026. You may transfer your registration to a colleague if circumstances prevent you from attending the event.
Registration Transfer
To transfer your registration to someone else in your company, please login to the Attendee Service Center and select ASC-Registration Edit on the left navigation. Select the Attendee Substitution button which will take you to the registration form. From there you can register the person who will be in attendance at the conference. Please reach out to vets@nvsbc.org if you have any questions or need further assistance.
Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms have been secured at the Hyatt Regency for conference attendees and exhibitors at a rate of $249 per night plus taxes and fees. Take advantage of the VETS26 Conference discounted block rate. The housing block is open until either the block is sold out or Friday, May 8, 2026.

BEWARE! PHISHERS ARE OUT THERE PHISHING!!
NVSBC does NOT work with any housing companies. Emails claiming to help you with hotel reservations are a scam. Please exercise caution when making your reservation.
Travel Reminders
- Dress Code: Business Casual
- The Hyatt Regency is approximately 20 minutes from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. If traveling by taxi, the average fare is $35-45 one way.
- Please familiarize yourself with the hotel policies at the time of reservation. NVSBC cannot be held responsible for room cancellation policies, check-in/check-out times, additional fees, etc.
- If you have made a reservation at the hotel outside of the VETS26 group block, either on your own or prior to the group block being set up, please call the hotel to have your reservation moved into the group block. Attendees who do not book in the conference block will be charged a daily Resort Fee.
