Exhibitor Service Kit

If you are exhibiting at the VETS26 Conference, you will be receiving an email from our general services contractor, Shepard, with a link to your Exhibitor Service Kit. The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in February - please check back for more information.
 
The Exhibitor Service Kit will provide: 

• Event Information 
• Shipping & Material Handling 
• Custom & Turnkey Display Rentals 
• Booth Furnishings 
• Labor Services 
• Electrical & Utilities

 
Please note that all shipments must arrive at the VETS26 Advance Warehouse between 04/30/2026 and 05/23/2026.  
 
Audio / Visual information can be found here. If you need additional assistance with ordering Audio / Visual for your Exhibit Booth, please reach out to Todd Uckermark at Todd@cheshireav.com. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel ballroom and is available for everyone. Exhibitors do not need to purchase Wi-Fi for their booth.

• June 1: Exhibitor Setup 11 am – 7 pm 
• June 2: Exhibitor Setup 8 am – 10 am 
• June 2: Exhibit Hall Open 10 am – 7 pm 
• June 3: Exhibit Hall Open 10 am – 4:00 pm 
• June 3: Exhibit Teardown 4:00 pm – 10 pm
