Note: We request that firms reserve one booth only. This will allow more fellow Veteran small firms to enjoy a booth at the VETS26 Conference. If interested in a booth larger than 10' x 10', contact vets@nvsbc.org to explain your specific need.

Important Policies & Information

Payment Policy

Booth sales are not final until payment is received in full. Payment by check must be received within 30 days of registration. NVSBC reserves the right to cancel booths that have not been paid within 30 days of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund of all payments, less a $100 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by NVSBC no later than March 20, 2026; a 50% refund of total exhibit fees less a $100 administrative fee will be granted if written notice is received by NVSBC between March 21 and April 20; commencing April 20 no refund will be granted.

Booth Staff

Each 10' x 10' booths include two full conference registrations; additional registrations are available for an additional fee. All individuals participating as booth staff must be registered through the individual booth staff registration form.

NVSBC reserves the right to deny service, exhibit space, registration or admission to any individual or organization at its sole discretion.
