The Exhibit Hall serves as the central hub of conference activity.

Open during prime conference hours, the Exhibit Hall hosts networking opportunities, coffee breaks and New Orleans treats, and the conference-wide evening reception, creating multiple touchpoints for attendees to engage with exhibitors. These activities help drive consistent booth traffic and increase opportunities for meaningful conversations with prospective customers, teaming partners, and industry leaders.

Exhibitor 10’ x 10’ Standard Exhibitor $3,000	Exhibitor 10’ x 10’ Veteran-Owned, Government, Nonprofit $1,750

Note: We request that organizations reserve one booth only. This allows more firms to participate in VETS27. If you require a booth larger than 10’ x 10’, please contact vets@nvsbc.org to discuss your specific needs.

Exhibit Booth Includes

Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes:

One (1) 10’ x 10’ booth
Pipe and drape
One (1) 6-foot draped table
Two (2) contour chairs
One (1) wastebasket
Company listing on the conference website
Company listing in the conference mobile app
Company listing in the printed program guide
One (1) company identification sign
Two (2) full conference registrations

Additional booth staff must register separately and pay the applicable registration fee.

Important Policies and Information

Payment Policy

Booth reservations are not finalized until payment is received in full.

Payment by check must be received within 30 days of registration. NVSBC reserves the right to cancel unpaid booth reservations after 30 days.

Cancelation Policy

A full refund of exhibit fees, less a $100 administrative fee, will be granted if written notice is received by NVSBC on or before the published cancellation deadline. Partial refunds may be available during the designated cancellation period. No refunds will be granted after the final cancellation deadline.

Full refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled by March 9, 2027
50% refund (less $100 fee) if cancelled March 10 - April 10, 2027
No refunds after April 10, 2027

NVSBC reserves the right to deny service, exhibit space, registration, or admission to any individual or organization at its sole discretion.

Booth Staff

Each 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes two (2) full conference registrations.

All booth personnel must be registered through the official booth staff registration process.
